Everyone’s a "Coach"
these days.
Why Coaching?
Coaching is about change. You only change when:
you want to and it isn’t forced
you are fed up with your current state
you are not living your best life or career
you are internally motivated to commit to the work
Coaching is an art and a science.
Research into Neuroplasticity and coaching continues to demonstrate just how easily we can change our thoughts and behaviours, you just need to know how to nudge it in new directions. Change is inevitable once you become aware of your own patterns (and those of others).
In order to change and keep yourself on track you must cultivate qualities such as focus, flexibility and stability, balance, connection to your resources and the ability to "let go". Coaching helps people perform at the peak of their abilities. It is my job to draw out your strengths, helping you to bypass personal barriers and limits in order to achieve your personal best.
Qualifications matter.
My formal Coaching qualifications are accredited by the International Coaching Federation, whereas many other "You've Got this!"/”7-figure” coaches are unqualified, hiding behind creative reels. I’m an active ICF member and invest heavily in my own ongoing professional development.
Through Coaching you’ll learn new skills and change limiting habits of thinking, for more empowering ones.
Let’s talk and unpack how you begin to do things better immediately.
Coaching for organisations.
I coach individuals privately but I also partner with organisations, who want to build a more empowered workforce.
Coaching is one of the most cost-effective and focussed ways to add value to yourself and your employees. It puts the emphasis where it needs to be - on individual habits and skills - and leads to quicker results.
I am accredited to administer and debrief SHL and Talent Q Psychometric Assessments and a registered practitioner of The Leadership Circle - the most comprehensive 360’ assessment available today. In a world of accelerating complexity and uncertainty, the need for effective leadership has never been more critical to business performance. Leadership Circle Coaches equip leaders to navigate:
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Volatile markets
Employee wellness
Organisational transformations
And more!
Managers coaching their own staff can be difficult for 4 reasons:
Objectivity.
Your manager sees you every day, making it difficult to be objective.
Confidentiality.
Their main responsibility is to the business, not to your personal growth, and this makes confidentiality a tricky issue.
Awkwardness.
Your manager is usually responsible for reviewing your performance and coaching you. This can often lead to problems.
Smoke and mirrors.
You will probably only ever give your manager a very sanitised version of what's really happening.

What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and how does it work with coaching?
Neuroscience plays an important role in the Coaching process. By understanding how the brain works, we better understand how we formulate goals, how emotion helps us decide what to do and how working memory underpins the whole process.
There is a process for everything we do, steps we can choose or change. NLP is based on the study of successful people and how they ‘do’ success. Click here to learn more about how NLP can help you go from good to exceptional.
NLP accelerates results by Identifying the patterns that aren’t working for you, interrupting these patterns and installing more effective ones. NLP techniques work quickly. You cannot not change.
NLP is the key to moving forward if you want to:
get clear on your goals
stay on track
be flexible and resilient enough to overcome obstacles
be more ambitious
want to see actual results
I’ll coach you to explore the present and design your future.
