Your feedback is valued and welcomed.

We practice what we preach and undergo regular reviews of our service model. Clients love what we do but we are ready to take on board any feedback or complaints you may have.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
We deal with refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Our aim is for you to be absolutely happy with your product. If for some reason you are not, please email us at info@taniaromeo.com and every effort will be taken to amend the situation. 12 Hours cancellation is required to avoid a small cancellation fee. Your support of a small business is appreciated.

MANAGEMENT OF CLIENT EXPECTATIONS

The initial consultation is a critical part of your treatment where your goals and expected outcomes are documented and results explained to you, including the requirement to complete the recommended course of treatment sessions. Many people feel significantly better after one Hypnotherapy session and feel tempted to end therapy. Tasking between sessions and homework is considered essential to achieve optimal outcomes. No responsibility will be taken for unrealistic expectations where the client has shown non-commitment. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for environmental factors outside The Change Coach’s control which may contribute to reduced effectiveness.
