Purchase Agreement
This Purchase Agreement (Agreement) forms a binding contractual agreement between you, the Purchaser, and Tania Romeo, The Change Coach.

This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between the purchaser (you) and Tania Romeo, The Change Coach (us) and supersedes all prior agreements, conduct, representations, and understandings.
Safety and Product Use Notice
Our products are intended to help you positively benefit from hypnosis. Although hypnotherapy is known to be a highly effective and consistent therapy, the content of our recordings and the information provided on them and this site should be regarded as being COMPLIMENTARY. They should NOT and do NOT replace medical treatment.
NOTHING offered by us is intended to diagnose, cure, or prevent any medical, emotional or physical condition/illness. If you are in any doubt over a health or emotional problem then you should seek advice from a GP or an appropriate professional.
DO NOT listen to our recordings when you are involved in anything that needs your full attention.
NEVER listen to the recordings whilst driving or operating machinery. Only listen to recordings when you can safely relax or sleep. DO NOT listen to any of our recordings if you suffer from epilepsy or a serious psychiatric condition. If in doubt please consult your doctor. If you are under 18, you may ONLY access the site or purchase products from us with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Online Payment Security
All credit payments are required to be made online via Stripe.
You agree to pay any applicable surcharge on payments made by credit card.
Unless otherwise stated, all amounts shown on our website are in AU dollars. The currency and amount will be displayed before you make your payment. We do not store your financial information on our platform. Our third party service provider, Stripe, will store your details and will use these details for each successive billing period if applicable to your service. Delivery of Orders
Audio downloads ordered from the website are sent out immediately via email. You can also login to the My Downloads section to retrieve these. Please email info@tanairomeo.com if you did not receive your download.
Delivery of personalised recordings will be advised directly to client as this is subject to development time.
To receive the content and value of Inner Insights and ongoing coaching AND to maintain the monthly rate at which you signed up, you must maintain an active membership. Your account cannot be put on hold, for you can cancel at anytime with zero obligations (and choose to sign back up at a later date).
Liability
You agree that, except for death and personal injury arising from our negligence, we shall not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from or in any way connected with the site or your use of or reliance upon the content or any information you obtain by means of the site or your use of or reliance upon the content or any information you obtain by means of the site or any bookings or purchases you make of goods and/or services through your use of the site, including, without limitation, damage for loss of profits, loss of business, or any other consequential or pecuniary loss (even where we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.)
Availability of the site
You acknowledge that it is technically impossible to provide the site free of faults and that we do not undertake to do so; that faults may lead to temporary unavailability of the site; and that the operation of the site may be adversely affected by conditions and performances outside our control, including, without limitation, transmission and telecommunications links between us and you and between us and other systems and networks.
Refunds
You understand and agree that due to the digital nature of the product refunds are not available for any purchase or download, unless there is a breach of the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010. You can however cancel your subscription at any time.
Recurring, automatic payments for memberships are made on a monthly basis or an annual basis, based on the specific plan at checkout. You will be charged on monthly or yearly intervals until you manually cancel your membership by filling out the cancellation form
If you are unsatisfied with the membership site content for any reason, you can opt to have us cancel your membership. Please fill out the cancellation form BEFORE the next payment is taken out. All access will be revoked once your account has been cancelled. Whilst we are happy to cancel your membership at any time, *NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE unless in accordance with the satisfaction guarantee below.
Once your membership is deactivated, you not longer have access to any member benefits (including, but not limited to, content within the Inner Insights Member's Area, bonus content, invitations to meetups and events, and the members-only Facebook Community).
Right to Terminate
Tania Romeo, The Change Coach reserves the right to terminate your use of the Site and Services generally if you breach these terms, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
License
Upon purchase of any product or service under this Agreement, including but not limited to eBooks, Workbook, Videos and all PDF downloads (Our Content) Tania Romeo, The Change Coach grants the purchaser a perpetual, worldwide, restricted, and non-exclusive license for use of such content for personal use only.
Restrictions
All materials produced by Tania Romeo, The Change Coach are not for reproduction or use as a training tool in your own workshops or communities or for distribution to and use by your clients without the express permission in writing from Tania Romeo, The Change Coach. An application for permission to use any materials or content may be submitted to info@taniaromeo.com
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that the Site itself, as well as all content, videos, training materials, products, services and/or other materials, made available on the Site by us or other third parties, as well as the look and feel of all of the foregoing, (collectively referred to as the “Content”) are maintained for your personal use and information by Tania Romeo for The Change Coach, (the “Company”) and are the property of the Company and/or its third party providers. You agree that such Company Content shall include all proprietary videos, HTML/CSS, Javascript, graphics, voice, and sound recordings, artwork, photos, documents, and text as well as all other materials included in the Site, excluding only the materials you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company hereby grants you a limited license, which is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable, to access, view, and use the Site solely for your personal purposes. No Company Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes, or downloaded in any way unless written permission is expressly granted by the Company. Modification of the Content or use of the Content for any other purpose is a violation of the copyright and other proprietary rights of the Company, as well as other authors who created the materials, and may be subject to monetary damages and penalties. If you are a professional therapist or practising hypnotherapist then you may use our recordings as a reference material for your own professional development.
However: YOU MAY NOT make copies of our recordings or their content.
YOU MAY NOT hire or rent our recordings.
YOU MAY NOT play any of our recordings to your clients.
YOU MAY NOT copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, and make available to the public or otherwise, taniaromeo.com content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You also agree NOT to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any jasondemant.com content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of the site content requires prior written permission from us.
You agree
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and each of its directors, officers employees, and agents, harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) any violation by you of law or the rights of any third party, (iii) any materials, information, works and/or other content of whatever nature or media that you post or share on or through the Site, (iv) your use of the Site or any services that the Company may provide via the Site, and (v) your conduct in connection with the Site or the services or with other users of the Site or the services. The Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defence of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this Section. In such event, you shall provide the Company with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by the Company.
Applicable Law
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of NSW, Australia.
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in NSW to determine any matter or dispute which arises between you and Tania Romeo, The Change Coach.
By proceeding with your purchase, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms of your purchase under this Agreement.
